Election of Office Bearers and Committee for the year 2025-26. Note: All members of the current Committee will retire on 17 September 2025 although some may wish to stand again. Nominations correctly completed on the form below must be received by the Secretary, or posted on the club noticeboard, by Wednesday 10 September 2025.

Members may submit items of business for discussion at the AGM. Notice of such business should be provided to the Secretary in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the meeting; or at least twenty one (21) calendar days prior to the meeting, if the nature of the business proposed to be dealt with requires a Special Resolution of the Association.
No member is entitled to vote at the AGM unless all money presently payable to the Club has been paid in full.
This agenda and an audited copy of the 2024-2025 Annual Accounts will be posted on the Club noticeboard seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
